WHERE TO STAY
We've reserved a hotel block in the Museum District which is one of our favorite, walkable areas in Houston with lots to do. There are tons of other options for places to stay though. Whatever your heart desires you can find. We've included a few other convenient or fun areas with some hotel recommendations.

The wedding lands during rodeo season, so hotels will be busy. The early bird gets the worm!

This is where the hotel block is. It's close to the welcome party and Sunday brunch, and a 10–15 minute drive from the ceremony and reception.

THINGS TO DO
It's very exciting to have so many people — some for the first time — come to the beautiful city of Houston. There's lots to see and do. You'll usually want a car, but Houston is walkable if you're courageous and have a zest for life.
There are tons of cool, awesome restaurants and bars, but frankly I (Kate) don't know most of them — I haven't really lived in Houston since I was 18. I'll recommend places I love and throw in places I've heard about.
